My Gluten Free Flour

Time and Servings:
Preparation Time:   15 minutes
Servings:                1 batch

Ingredients:
3 Cups      Rice
1 Cup        Millet
2 Tbsps     Tapioca pearls

Tools:
5 or 6 Cup Bowl
Gluten Free Grain Mill 

Instructions:
Place rice, millet, and tapioca into a bowl and mix it quickly with hand.  Start mill and pour mixture of grain into mill.  When the grinding noise stops, one batch of four is ready to use.
